Marina Lease Requirements
a Completed application a Lease agreement a Picture of vessel a Current documentation / DMV vessel registration a Certificate of insurance (minimum $300,000 liability, including salvage & clean up, and the Pittsburg Marina named on policy as an Additional Insured ) a First month’s rent plus security deposit a $20.00 per key deposit (Lost keys $50 fee) a Approval of vessel by Harbor Master -- Wood construction vessels not accepted at this time.
