Marina Lease Requirements
- Completed application
- Lease agreement
- Picture of vessel
- Current documentation / DMV vessel registration
- Certificate of insurance (minimum $300,000 liability, including salvage & clean up, and the Pittsburg Marina named on policy as an Additional Insured)
- First month’s rent plus security deposit
- $10 Electronic Key Purchase/$20 Metal Key Purchase
- Approval of vessel by Harbor Master
- Wood construction vessels not accepted at this time.
